Responsibilities
- Develop systems that automate digital work at Neuralink.
- Build and maintain dispatchers, worker pools, and identity proxies.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to understand user workflows.
- Debug production issues and take ownership of the software.
- Identify and solve new problems as the company adopts more agents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience building software that is used in production environments.
- Ability to communicate with users and translate workflows into reliable tools.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and creating first versions of systems.
- Strong ownership mentality when addressing production issues.
