Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and Applications Engineers to remove roadblocks to deployment success.
- Write and fix Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
- Develop and maintain code in Python and Typescript.
- Troubleshoot networking, performance, and security challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to shape improvements.
- Respond to outages and participate in on-call rotations.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites to support deployment and integration.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and customer empathy.
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems engineering and networking.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
- Development experience in Kubernetes, Python, Typescript, and C++.
- Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Grafana.
- Ability to integrate real-time monitoring and alerting systems.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client support.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience building and maintaining reliable, scalable systems.
