Responsibilities
- Build and evolve foundational tooling for AI-assisted software development.
- Develop standards, registries, reusable components, APIs, tools, services, and developer experiences.
- Integrate intellectual-property scanning, security, governance, compliance, and access controls into AI marketplaces, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflows.
- Build agentic IDE and Code OSS-based development experiences.
- Own ambiguous initiatives from concept and MVP through production adoption and measure adoption, usability, reliability, and impact.
- Partner with developers, security teams, platform engineers, and technology leaders to deliver practical engineering solutions.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including design, testing, maintainability, and operational ownership.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI- and LLM-based development tools.
- Experience designing or integrating APIs, developer tools, plugins, agents, or platform services.
- Practical fluency with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
- Security-minded engineering experience involving secure design, access control, data protection, software supply-chain risks, or intellectual-property risks.
- Experience delivering production software that is adopted and used beyond prototypes or proofs of concept.
- Highly desired experience with developer-experience platforms, internal tooling, engineering productivity systems, Code OSS, VS Code extensions, IDE integrations, developer portals, AI marketplaces, model or tool registries, agent frameworks, policy-as-code, or platform engineering.
- Strong collaboration, communication, learning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
