Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases based on product requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to clarify features and identify edge cases.
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Log detailed bug reports and verify fixes.
- Validate REST API endpoints using Postman and test backend behavior.
- Run SQL queries to validate data and support end-to-end testing.
- Contribute to test plans, test case repositories, QA documentation, test automation, and AI-assisted testing.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on manual QA experience.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience using Postman to test REST APIs.
- Ability to write queries to validate data.
- Ability to collaborate with remote teams and developers.
- Detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- Preferred: exposure to Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Preferred: experience testing in Agile environments.
- Preferred: familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management platforms.
