Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
- Create complex high-performance backend services using NodeJS.
- Develop technical specifications and documentation.
- Debug production issues and maintain existing code.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
- Collaborate with the Bots & Automation team to build next-generation bot runtime platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience building successful production software systems.
- Strong programming skills in NodeJS/Typescript with knowledge of Websockets and data streaming services.
- Experience with Java and integrating with third-party APIs.
- Experience debugging/testing distributed microservice applications.
- Familiarity with technologies such as SocketIO, Kafka, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
- Experience building RESTful microservices.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps tasks for deploying applications.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and other development tools.
- Experience in Kubernetes is a plus.
