Senior ServiceNow Developer, IT
Edwards LifesciencesResponsibilities
- Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities, scoped applications, workflows, and custom development.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, TPRM, and Employee Center Pro.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party systems.
- Deliver reusable, scalable code aligned with platform standards, data models, architecture guidelines, security, performance, and upgrade readiness.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with architects, business systems analysts, and stakeholders.
- Participate in technical design discussions, effort estimation, solution reviews, peer reviews, unit testing, QA, UAT, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to platform health, technical debt reduction, optimization, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or Employee Center.
- Relevant ServiceNow certification such as Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist.
- Preferred knowledge of CSDM, service mapping, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, prioritization, collaboration, and quality-focused skills.
