Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Write clean production code and make technical decisions balancing business value, performance, technical debt, and long-term maintainability.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce administration capabilities.
- Lead use of the internal software deployment platform, deployment methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, functional, regression, and end-to-end automated tests.
- Debug complex issues, identify and track defects, and verify timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, QA team members, and other cross-functional partners.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications and maintain application, deployment, and system documentation.
- Improve software development and deployment processes, quality, reliability, and production readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 9 years of professional software development experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining production applications.
- Hands-on Salesforce software development experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Salesforce API, and Salesforce administration.
- Experience developing automated unit, integration, functional, and regression tests.
- Experience with source control, branching strategies, CI/CD, automated quality and security gates, and observability.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment, and production support.
- Preferred experience developing mobile applications with React Native and integrating backend services and APIs.
- Preferred experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Preferred experience building automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Strong written and oral communication and product documentation skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification or other relevant Salesforce certifications is preferred.
