Responsibilities

  • Develop agents, agent APIs, and internal AI-powered tools using AI development tools, agentic protocols, and frontier LLMs.
  • Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications across frontend, backend, and UI/UX components.
  • Translate requirements into technical designs, design specifications, and application code.
  • Create and execute unit tests, automation test scripts, and coverage plans; identify, track, and remediate defects.
  • Review code, enforce coding standards, estimate work, and improve applications and processes for quality, efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise across system and framework components.
  • Perform on-call triage, escalation, and remediation for production incidents.
  • Mentor Associate Software Engineers and Software Engineers and collaborate across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience in a related field involving the software development lifecycle, full-stack, frontend, backend, and UI/UX engineering.
  • Preferred: 8+ years of related experience.
  • Preferred: 6+ years building production backend services.
  • Preferred: 3+ years building public-facing frontend interfaces.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, generative AI, or agentic systems, including LLM-powered applications, LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
  • Experience with Python, full-stack development, AWS, telemetry, OpenAI, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot is listed among the required skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, maintain focus in a high-pressure or fast-paced environment, and perform the stated physical and mental requirements.
