Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software developers and cross-functional teams on project goals, architecture, and delivery timelines.
- Implement and maintain scalable PHP software solutions.
- Use GitOps, Kubernetes, and other cloud-native tools for deployment and infrastructure management.
- Design and develop secure, highly available APIs for internal and external users.
- Build and maintain responsive frontend components and interfaces using React.
- Participate in architectural discussions and lead technical initiatives.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
- Mentor team members and promote continuous technical learning.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in PHP and React.
- Strong experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
- Proven backend development, object-oriented programming, and scalable API design experience.
- Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and scaling event-based distributed applications.
- Strong version control and source code management skills using Git.
- Excellent collaboration skills and willingness to participate in an open feedback culture.
