Responsibilities
- Design and build reusable Agentforce agents with topics, actions, and prompt templates for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud workflows.
- Develop Orchestrator agents, headless agents, and Agent-to-Agent protocol integrations for multi-agent and cross-system workflows.
- Configure Model Context Protocol clients and servers and build RAG pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud, Data Graphs, DLOs, DMOs, and vector search.
- Create custom Apex actions, Flows, and Invocable Actions to extend agent capabilities.
- Package agents as configurable accelerators and collaborate with architects and practice leads on industry-specific demonstrations.
- Maintain documentation, demo scripts, and setup guides.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 4 years of Salesforce DevOps experience with hands-on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce development.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Git, VS Code, Data Loader, Salesforce DevOps tools, and Salesforce CLI.
- Preferred experience with Agentforce metadata, multi-agent orchestration, LangGraph, Google ADK, A2A protocol, MCP, Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Data Cloud, prompt engineering, and LLM behavior tuning.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desired.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II and Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer certifications are desired.
