Responsibilities
- Design and build intelligent software solutions using Python-based services and modern AI capabilities.
- Contribute to product features and integrate AI into existing platforms.
- Build backend services or applications and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Implement application and infrastructure CI/CD with policy guardrails.
- Develop scalable, high-quality software in a collaborative, iterative engineering environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong Python proficiency with experience building backend services or applications.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including model integration, prompt-based AI, or data-driven features.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Langfuse.
- Experience with REST APIs, third-party service integration, and Git-based version control.
- Familiarity with CI/CD for applications and infrastructure, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Preferred experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or LLM-based APIs.
- Healthcare or other regulated-software experience is preferred.
