Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and reusable automation test frameworks.
- Develop automated UI and API test suites using Playwright and Selenium.
- Design, execute, and maintain performance test suites covering application scalability, stability, and reliability.
- Develop performance test scripts using JMeter, BlazeMeter, and k6, and monitor metrics using Grafana.
- Analyze performance results, identify application, database, and infrastructure bottlenecks, and collaborate on improvements.
- Perform API testing, database validation using SQL, and verification of new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, design discussions, and testing-strategy definition.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, DevOps, and QA Engineers to improve product quality.
- Promote automation best practices, quality engineering principles, test optimization, and AI-assisted engineering practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience focused on automation and performance testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium.
- Hands-on experience with JMeter, BlazeMeter, and k6.
- Proficiency in API testing with Postman or SOAP UI.
- Experience validating application data with SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience designing and executing load, stress, spike, endurance/soak, and scalability testing.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerized applications, and Kubernetes, including AKS.
- Experience using AI-powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and quality-focused skills.
