Responsibilities
- Define the technical roadmap for the web platform, including component systems and developer tooling.
- Influence technical leaders on architectural decisions and contribute to the AI-native engineering vision.
- Pioneer an AI-native software development lifecycle by enhancing code generation and deployment processes.
- Establish evaluation frameworks and feedback loops for reliable workflows.
- Mentor and develop engineers, exemplifying AI-native thinking and execution.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with a strong record of technical leadership.
- 3+ years of engineering leadership experience as the technical owner of software systems.
- Proven experience as a technical leader of a web platform, including design systems and CI/CD.
- Deep expertise in web technologies such as React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Ability to make multi-layer architectural decisions on production platforms.
- Experience with frontend framework migrations without production disruption.
- A clear perspective on AI-native software development with a history of building toward it.
- Familiarity with agentic systems or LLM-powered tooling is a plus.
- Strong influencing skills to align technical leaders and stakeholders.
- History of driving technical transformation and platform-level standards adoption.
