Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, deploy, and operationalize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for digital marketing projects.
- Build data models, queries, custom data extensions, segmentation, personalization, analytics, and script-based automations.
- Create and manage multi-channel customer journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Integrate enterprise data into Marketing Cloud and coordinate timely campaign execution with other applications.
- Monitor platform health, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for availability, resilience, and performance.
- Mentor software engineers, provide technical direction, and promote quality, documentation, and process improvements.
- Coordinate work independently with stakeholders and contribute to application, operations, and user documentation.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.
- More than one Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is preferred.
- Experience delivering digital marketing programs involving campaign creation, campaign execution, and Marketing Cloud administration.
- Experience with AMPscript, SQL, CloudPages, script-based automation, data integration, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, data governance, data management, enterprise data integration, and analytical platforms.
- Experience delivering component, product, or enterprise architecture in public cloud or hybrid environments.
- Experience with Salesforce development, Google Analytics tools, and segmentation tools such as High Touch is advantageous.
- Extensive manufacturing or automotive industry experience and strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and English-language skills.
