Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in edge environments.
- Support Rancher Gov stack for multi-cluster management and compliance.
- Implement GitOps automation with Fleet and ArgoCD.
- Manage OCI bundle orchestration for workload distribution.
- Build and maintain Helm charts for application deployment.
- Implement security and network segmentation best practices.
- Contribute to upgrade strategies for clusters and workloads.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and cluster management.
- Experience with Rancher Gov stack for multi-cluster operations.
- Proven ability to implement GitOps workflows using Fleet and/or ArgoCD.
- Solid understanding of OCI bundles, Helm, and orchestration pipelines.
- Background in containerization, Linux systems, and cloud-native CI/CD.
- Good grasp of security, networking, and segmentation principles.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills.
