Responsibilities

- Guide and mentor engineers through complex technical decisions.
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, architecture reviews, and documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated ability to work across the full stack.
- Fluency with AI coding tools and a passion for leveraging them strategically.
- Thrives with high autonomy and ownership.
- Track record of making significant technical decisions that positively impact engineering organizations.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Builder mentality with a focus on shipping working software.
- Tenacity to tackle difficult problems head-on.
