Responsibilities
- Support developers in adopting and mastering technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and inspire colleagues across development squads.
- Stay current with technological trends.
- Lead the analysis and development of software products, including design, coding, testing, and operations.
- Define development methods and share them across the teams led.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic, complex, and innovative initiatives.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Tech Lead.
- Proficiency in French.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Angular, TypeScript, microservices architecture, and databases.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevSecOps development practices.
