Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, validate, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
- Develop, integrate, and evolve full stack solutions spanning user interfaces, backend services, data, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Build accessible and maintainable web interfaces and integrate them with APIs and enterprise systems.
- Contribute to technical direction, development standards, security, maintainability, code quality, and knowledge sharing.
- Integrate security, quality, automated testing, and observability earlier in the software development lifecycle.
- Implement and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across development and production environments.
- Promote responsible use of artificial intelligence for analysis, development, documentation, testing, and productivity.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Information Technology, including significant experience in application development and solution integration.
- Strong full stack development expertise with .NET Core, C#, React, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, MS-SQL 2016 or later, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Azure Pipelines, Postman, and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience working across Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with integration architectures, APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions in environments including Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps Services, Kafka/Confluent Cloud, and Dynatrace.
- Understanding of secure development practices, test automation, CI/CD methodologies, and integrating quality and security earlier in the software development lifecycle.
- Technical leadership, complex problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and knowledge-sharing abilities.
- Advanced French and intermediate English proficiency.
- Knowledge of Terraform, Java, Rancher, Salesforce, MuleSoft, or ServiceNow is considered an asset.
