Responsibilities
- Develop client- and server-side software for highly available API-driven services.
- Design, implement, and ship new products for internal and external stakeholders.
- Write secure, readable, testable, scalable, and documented software.
- Improve development processes through automation and other engineering initiatives.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, pair programming, and daily stand-ups.
- Evaluate new technologies and initiatives and collaborate with technology teams across countries.
Requirements
- Preferably hold a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have senior-level software engineering experience and a motivation to learn.
- Be proficient in Golang, with Perl or Python experience also relevant.
- Have experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Have experience with relational databases and designing and developing web and API solutions as a Full Stack Engineer or similar.
- Be familiar with Agile practices including TDD, CI, and CD.
- Have an interest in the fintech industry and market innovations.
