Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Abrigo/Sageworks modules for loan origination, credit analysis, portfolio analytics, risk rating, BSA/AML, and CECL workflows.
- Design automated workflows, decisioning rules, approval routing, field mappings, reports, templates, and user-defined fields.
- Manage bidirectional data integrations between Abrigo and core banking systems through APIs and secure gateways.
- Lead platform upgrades, patch deployments, and environment management across production and sandbox instances.
- Translate business requirements from Commercial Banking, Credit Administration, and Compliance into scalable technical configurations.
- Support BSA/AML alert tuning, scenario management, and regulatory reporting workflows.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate releases with business stakeholders.
- Lead, develop, and mentor configuration analysts.
- Maintain configuration guides, data dictionaries, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage Abrigo vendor escalations, enhancement requests, and product roadmap alignment.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience configuring enterprise financial software platforms; Abrigo experience is preferred.
- At least 2 years of people leadership experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of commercial lending workflows, credit analysis processes, and risk management concepts.
- Experience with API-based integrations and data mapping between financial systems.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
- Experience managing production, UAT, and sandbox platform environments.
- Preferred experience with Abrigo commercial lending, credit, or AML/BSA modules.
- Preferred familiarity with CECL methodologies and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Preferred experience working at a bank with more than $25 billion in assets.

- Base salary plus bonus; the stated base salary range is $98,400 to $199,000 per year.
