Responsibilities
- Assist stakeholders through various stages of technical implementation, including requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.
- Track technical project schedules and identify schedule risks.
- Configure and maintain containerized software across a multi-cloud environment.
- Update technical documentation for stakeholder education.
- Collaborate with a team dedicated to improving public safety.
Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in an Integration Analyst or similar role.
- Passion for supporting law enforcement and government agencies.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in project management or support.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Ownership over tasks with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of API Integrations, XML, JSON, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of Linux systems.
