Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend systems using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
- Contribute approximately 10–20% of the time to frontend development using a modern JavaScript framework.
- Build enterprise-grade applications running on AWS and integrate with third-party services.
- Lead the design and optimization of complex full-stack solutions.
- Oversee full-stack project management and execution.
- Mentor junior full-stack engineers.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and provide strategic guidance on full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Experience designing and developing scalable backend systems with Python, Django, and FastAPI.
- Experience with frontend development using a modern JavaScript framework.
- Experience working with AWS, enterprise-grade applications, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to lead full-stack solution design and execution and mentor junior engineers.
