Base Salary
$174k - $267k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship maintainable internal applications and services end to end.
- Build and integrate APIs across marketing, sales, client operations, telephony, marketing automation, sales engagement, support, and BI systems.
- Build and own data pipelines supporting reporting and operational systems.
- Extend and maintain Salesforce using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Design and deploy AI-native workflows and agents with guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Own the development lifecycle from requirements and UAT through release and iteration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, preferably in full-stack, backend, or systems development.
- Fluency in one or more modern languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Strong SQL and data architecture skills, including schema design, data modeling, and pipelines.
- Ability to build usable interfaces with UX/UI judgment for internal tools.
- Experience designing API integrations with schema mapping, error handling, and data fidelity.
- Experience building or integrating with Salesforce, including Apex, Flows, and APIs.
- Experience shipping production software with version control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience owning software delivery from requirements through UAT, release, and iteration.
- Practical judgment about where AI agents, deterministic automation, or non-software solutions are appropriate.
- Preferred qualifications include entertainment or project-based industry experience, telephony integration such as Zoom Contact Center, and Salesforce certifications.
