Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and model and implement BPMN workflows.
- Automate decision processes using DMN and deliver workflow orchestration solutions.
- Design and develop Java and Spring Boot services supporting workflow execution and process automation.
- Integrate Camunda with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and messaging platforms.
- Deliver solutions across process discovery, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, clients, and technical stakeholders.
- Recommend process optimization, workflow modernization, and automation best practices.
- Support scalable, reliable, and highly automated business solutions.
- Travel up to 30% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of enterprise software development experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Camunda implementation experience.
- Strong experience with Camunda BPM, BPMN 2.0, DMN, workflow orchestration, and process automation.
- Experience developing Java and Spring Boot services.
- Experience integrating workflows with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and messaging platforms.
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with Camunda 7/8, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Camunda Optimize, Camunda Operate, Camunda Tasklist, workflow monitoring, event-driven architectures, and financial services workflow implementations.
