Base Salary
$67k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and model, implement, and optimize BPMN workflows.
- Automate decision processes using DMN and deliver scalable workflow orchestration solutions.
- Design and develop Java and Spring Boot services supporting workflow execution and business process automation.
- Integrate Camunda with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, messaging platforms, and event-driven architectures.
- Deliver solutions across process discovery, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, clients, and technical stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations on process optimization, workflow modernization, and automation best practices.
- Travel up to 30% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least four years of enterprise software development experience, including at least three years of hands-on Camunda implementation experience.
- Strong experience with Camunda BPM, BPMN 2.0, DMN, process orchestration, and enterprise process automation.
- Experience developing Java and Spring Boot services for workflow execution and business process automation.
- Experience integrating Camunda with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and messaging platforms.
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Comfort working in Agile environments and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience includes Camunda 7/8, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Camunda Optimize, Camunda Operate, Camunda Tasklist, workflow monitoring, process modernization, and financial services workflow implementations.

- Base salary for applicable US offices, including Raleigh and Dallas, is listed as $67,000 to $136,800.
