Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical leader and strategist for the Consumer Cash team.
- Architect, develop, and own distributed systems for cash transactions.
- Translate business goals into a defined strategic roadmap.
- Design and implement high-performance infrastructure components.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Mentor and coach team members on design techniques and coding standards.
- Write high-quality, production-ready code.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Significant experience architecting solutions to high-impact problems.
- Experience with low-latency, event-driven, or distributed systems.
- Background in building consumer-facing trading products is a strong signal.
