Responsibilities
- Own strategic ERP sales opportunities and pursuit strategy from early qualification through successful proposal close.
- Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain solutions incorporating Power Platform, Copilot, AI, integrations, migrations, and transformation requirements.
- Lead discovery workshops, shape customer visions, develop value propositions, and deliver convincing demonstrations and proposals.
- Engage executives and key decision-makers while coordinating sales, solution design, delivery, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Translate complex requirements into clear transformation scenarios and measurable customer value.
- Contribute to ERP thought leadership, reusable assets, market positioning, and the ongoing development of Avanade’s ERP offering.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain and deep understanding of end-to-end finance, operations, and supply-chain business processes.
- Experience supporting complex, stakeholder-driven sales opportunities and developing customer-winning solutions.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, integration patterns, delivery considerations, and effective deal qualification and transition to implementation.
- Ability to facilitate discovery workshops, develop value-oriented narratives, and communicate persuasively with executive stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in English and, when needed, the relevant local language.
- Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, initiative, curiosity, and the ability to influence without formal authority.
