Responsibilities
- Own the overall architecture, technical consistency, and delivery quality of enterprise AI and agentic AI solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure AI architectures.
- Design and implement agent-based systems, including orchestration, tool use, decision logic, and persistence strategies.
- Evaluate and select agentic patterns, frameworks, and platform services in the Azure ecosystem.
- Ensure enterprise readiness through monitoring, security, governance, and maintainability.
- Advise senior customer stakeholders and support pre-sales and solution-shaping activities.
- Provide technical leadership through coaching, reviews, and technical decision-making for developer and AI teams.
- Contribute to Avanade assets, platforms, best practices, and the internal Data & AI community.
Requirements
- Several years of experience architecting and implementing complex AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience in consulting-oriented roles with significant ownership and stakeholder exposure.
- Demonstrated responsibility for technical guardrails and delivery quality.
- Deep experience with Azure-based AI architectures, including Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure ML.
- Strong knowledge of LLM-based systems and agentic AI architectures.
- Strong software engineering background, including Python, APIs, and cloud-native patterns.
- Understanding of security, compliance, governance, and Responsible AI in enterprise contexts.
- Ability to communicate technical content clearly and in a decision-oriented manner.
