Responsibilities
- Build and operate Go microservices in a cloud-native, event-driven architecture for Car Replacement.
- Design, ship, evaluate, and guard production AI agents using multi-step orchestration, RAG, and context management.
- Own features end to end, from defining acceptance criteria through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and production validation.
- Build TypeScript and React interfaces for business users, comprising roughly 30% of the role.
- Improve engineering quality through automated testing, observability, code reviews, root-cause analysis, and agent evaluation.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, engineers, business stakeholders, and partner integrations while helping shape technical standards and direction.
Requirements
- Strong Go experience building and running distributed services in production.
- Experience with REST and gRPC API design, event-driven systems, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability.
- Production experience building and shipping AI agents, including multi-step orchestration, RAG, context management, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Experience with TypeScript applications, ideally React.
- Strong product mindset, ownership of outcomes, clear communication, and a commitment to maintainable, well-tested software.
