Responsibilities
- Define solution architectures and technical approaches for new initiatives and platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and Global IT to align requirements and technical decisions.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and design guidelines.
- Lead technical discussions and support teams in solving complex engineering challenges.
- Evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and developer productivity.
- Drive innovation initiatives, including adoption of AI and modern software engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Around 8+ years of experience in software development.
- At least 2 years of experience leading technical initiatives, projects, or cross-team engineering efforts.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and software lifecycle management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical and sustainable technical solutions.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and modern application platforms.
- Experience with .NET technologies and software development in large-scale environments.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, or other highly complex business domains.
- Experience introducing AI-assisted solutions or applying Generative AI technologies in enterprise environments.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional organizations.
- Very good English communication skills.
- Azure, architecture, or related technical certifications are advantageous.
