Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and deploy end-to-end features across front-end and back-end systems.
- Develop scalable, secure, reliable, and user-focused web applications for clinical workflows.
- Make technology and architecture decisions with attention to maintainability, performance, and business impact.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code and contribute to code reviews and development standards.
- Improve development processes through automation, tooling, and workflow enhancements.
- Mentor teammates, provide technical guidance, and promote knowledge sharing.
- Own technical initiatives from ideation through production.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in French and English.
Requirements
- College or university degree in software development, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience designing, building, and deploying software systems.
- Deep expertise in .NET development and C# programming.
- Strong front-end development experience with React, Angular, or Vue and advanced JavaScript or TypeScript knowledge.
- Strong software architecture and system design experience, including scalable and high-performance application patterns.
- Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and front-end test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Proficiency with SQL Server, SQL programming, and database performance optimization.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and application-level security.
- Experience with cloud environments, with Azure experience strongly valued.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, technical decision-making, and mentoring skills.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Healthcare or medical IT experience is an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of software architecture and infrastructure within Microsoft Azure is an asset.
