Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows for cybersecurity processes.
  • Build Power Apps solutions and Power Automate flows to automate workflows, approvals, integrations, and secure data movement.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports covering security metrics, incident trends, and operational performance.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver secure, user-friendly solutions.
  • Implement SharePoint and Microsoft 365 security controls, permission models, governance standards, and content lifecycle practices.
  • Optimize, refactor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
  • Document solution designs, configurations, data flows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams and support user training, demonstrations, and change management.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a SharePoint Developer or in a closely related Microsoft 365 development role.
  • An active Power Platform certification.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online or SharePoint 2016+, including site architecture, lists, libraries, and permissions.
  • Strong experience building canvas and/or model-driven Power Apps integrated with SharePoint and other data sources.
  • Practical experience with Power Automate for workflow automation, system integration, and process orchestration.
  • Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and secure data access.
  • Understanding of access control, least-privilege principles, data classification, and secure Microsoft 365 configuration.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into effective, secure technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and services such as Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and modern SharePoint frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience managing SharePoint permissions, governance policies, and content lifecycle management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
