Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize development infrastructure to enhance engineering productivity.
- Build and maintain core service infrastructure, including deployment pipelines and observability.
- Own the data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and effective access patterns.
- Manage the MCP gateway for tool call routing and customer integration authentication.
- Implement reliability measures for customer integrations and server management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or backend engineering.
- Strong fundamentals in service-oriented architectures, networking, and systems design.
- Proficient in TypeScript and experienced in operating production services on Kubernetes.
- Ability to translate ambiguous goals into production-ready solutions using customer feedback.
- Strong code and data modeling skills with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
