Base Salary
$218k - $273k/yr
Responsibilities
- Establish application architecture vision and ensure appropriate component design across a multi-product environment.
- Recommend and deliver technology solutions aligned with enterprise strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and architectures for strategic initiatives.
- Oversee technical and functional specifications, design reviews, testing, and solution integration.
- Lead application system technology, architecture, development, and IT business transformation strategy.
- Provide consulting services and technical direction on projects.
- Mentor other FDEs and guide federated engineering partners across complex technical initiatives.
- Embed security, privacy, compliance, evaluations, observability, human oversight, and reliability into production solutions.
- Convert field-delivery learnings into reusable components, integration patterns, evaluation packs, development standards, and platform backlog enhancements.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, plus at least 11 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with multidimensional platforms and business and technical applications.
- Experience mentoring others, driving teams, leading multiple or large complex technical projects, and providing troubleshooting support.
- Experience with multiple databases and/or programming languages.
- Experience owning end-to-end technical delivery from ambiguous business problem through architecture, prototyping, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Hands-on technical leadership across AI, applications, APIs, data, cloud, and legacy platforms.
- Experience engineering production readiness with security, privacy, compliance, evaluations, observability, human oversight, and reliability.
