Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an agile team to design, build, and operate Autodesk’s membership service.
- Develop features that improve service performance, analytics, security, and software quality.
- Improve unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage and quality infrastructure.
- Build automated validation and quality gates for faster, more reliable development feedback.
- Assist with monitoring, alerting, metrics, service health, and troubleshooting.
- Translate product and technical requirements into clean, scalable code with mentorship from senior engineers.
- Explore developer and agent-friendly tooling to improve testing, code quality, and engineering workflows.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, graduating in 2027 or 2028.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
- Familiarity with at least one of Go, Java, C++, C#, or Python.
- Understanding of REST APIs and relational or NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Preferred: exposure to automated testing, continuous integration, or cloud platforms, especially AWS.
- Preferred: familiarity with performance monitoring or code quality tooling for web applications.
- Preferred: interest in developer tooling, automation, or AI-assisted software development.
- Preferred: strong communication skills and interest in cloud-native application development.
