Base Salary

$115k - $135k/yr

Responsibilities

Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
Develop plugins, workflows, and custom integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
Implement Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI components.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues for end users.
Conduct or oversee unit testing and deploy solutions according to best practices and security standards.
Manage data migration and ensure data integrity across systems.
Integrate the CRM platform with enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
Translate business needs into software development requirements and collaborate with business analysts, project managers, IT QA teams, management, and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, an associated discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
At least 2 years of experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipeline management.
Familiarity with SQL Server and data modeling.
Ability to build advanced data visualizations using Power BI and SSRS.
Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and QA testing.
Strong communication, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, multitasking, and self-motivation skills.
