Responsibilities
- Analyze client and product requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, test, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve system issues, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, modification, deployment, continuous integration, and monitoring activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with engineering, functional, project, and client teams on requirements, progress, quality, and delivery.
- Respond to customer requests, collect feedback and clarifications, and support customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Adobe AEM.
- 5-8 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software programs.
- Ability to analyze requirements, perform root-cause analysis, and develop feasible software solutions.
- Ability to create test cases, automate validation processes, document solutions, and prepare technical reports.
- Ability to coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams and provide effective customer communication.
