Base Salary
$185k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure systems such as distributed compute and data orchestration.
- Ensure the data platform can scale reliably to meet future demands.
- Empower engineers and teammates with excellent data tooling and systems.
- Collaborate with product engineers and other teams to build technical foundations for new features.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical incidents.
Requirements
- 4+ years in data infrastructure engineering or infrastructure engineering with a strong interest in data.
- Experience with scaling Kubernetes services and debugging distributed systems.
- Familiarity with infrastructure tooling such as Terraform.
- Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Strong desire to learn and share knowledge with others.
