Responsibilities
- Develop strategic methods to improve product stability and efficiency.
- Lead and influence multiple teams and initiatives.
- Make decisions on product direction based on deep subject matter knowledge.
- Set product direction and own large components.
- Provide technical leadership for projects involving 3-4 individuals.
- Mentor team members with high-level technical guidance.
- Design, code, and debug software.
- Improve the performance of existing software.
- Recommend new technologies to increase productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java-based development projects using RESTful APIs, SpringBoot, and Microservices.
- Proven experience building complex web systems.
- High technical and/or technological competence.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical or business field is a plus.
- Expertise with running web services at scale is preferred.
