Responsibilities
- Prepare BRD/PRD-derived test scenarios and detailed test plans.
- Create, maintain, and automate test cases for web, iOS, and Android applications.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate frontend data against backend responses using APIs, JSON, and logs.
- Execute tests on cloud-based platforms and generate test reports with Allure or equivalent tools.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation frameworks and QA strategy.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, release testing, defect reporting, risk identification, and resolution tracking.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to improve coverage, documentation, tooling, and quality processes.
- Use MCP tools where applicable for assisted test creation and self-healing automation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web and mobile automation testing.
- Strong experience with WebdriverIO, Selenium, Appium, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience testing iOS and Android applications through manual and automated testing.
- Experience with LambdaTest, BrowserStack, or SauceLabs and reporting frameworks such as Allure.
- Ability to debug using DevTools, ADB, Xcode tools, APIs, and logs.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, debugging, communication, documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: MCP experience, performance/load/security testing, modern frontend frameworks, API or end-to-end automation, Jira, TestRail, Agile/Scrum, and Java, C#, TypeScript, or OOP fundamentals.
