Responsibilities
- Architect automated testing frameworks for AI prompt adherence and guardrails in voice and text interfaces.
- Design validation strategies for the Ultimate-to-Helix migration and lead quality for transcription and intent recognition.
- Guide developers on appropriate testing levels and scope and execute integration tests.
- Contribute to release regression testing and define quality metrics to measure test effectiveness.
- Create or maintain automation frameworks, test documentation, and testing approaches for projects at different development stages.
- Coach developers and work with other quality engineers to achieve project results.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional QA automation experience.
- Experience writing and maintaining Java code in automation or development roles.
- Experience with API testing, IT support systems testing, and event-driven architecture testing.
- Experience creating automation frameworks from scratch and maintaining test documentation.
- Knowledge of testing methods, techniques, types, automation tools, and BDD, ATDD, or TDD approaches.
- Experience implementing continuous integration processes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban development environments.
- Kubernetes and Docker experience is preferred.
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues, work effectively in distributed cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate in confident intermediate English or higher.
