Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop an ML-based online advertising platform for the retail media industry.
- Design, develop, and optimize data infrastructure and pipelines.
- Mentor team members and lead high-impact projects.
- Create complex data pipelines and ETL processes for big data management.
- Improve cost-effectiveness of data pipelines and storage.
- Implement data quality and governance processes.
- Enhance system scalability, availability, and performance.
- Develop internal tools to boost developer productivity.
- Participate in cross-functional projects providing technical expertise.
- Collaborate with various teams to build the best ad platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with modern languages like Java, C#, Go, C++, Python.
- Proficiency in SQL or NoSQL database technologies.
- Experience with computer systems architecture and distributed systems.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong programming fundamentals and knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience in data modeling, analytics, or big data processing.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Deep experience in ads infrastructure at large revenue scale is a plus.
