Responsibilities
- Contribute to backend services and frontend tools across operation platforms.
- Implement features within the system's core workflows under senior engineers' guidance.
- Build and consume APIs, and work with databases and event-driven integrations.
- Develop role-based operator tools with a focus on usability and reliability.
- Participate in debugging, testing, and improving system performance in production.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with engineers and product/operations teams to deliver features.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of software engineering experience, with new graduates welcome.
- Programming skills in at least one language such as Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
