Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from understanding customer problems through shipping, production support, and driving usage and adoption.
- Build and ship frontend and backend functionality across the entire stack.
- Talk with customers regularly, gather feedback, and translate their needs into product solutions.
- Write durable, well-tested code with appropriate edge-case handling and documentation.
- Review code thoughtfully and maintain a high quality bar for the team.
- Debug production issues and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Help cultivate engineering culture as one of the founding engineers of the AI and Analytics pod.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience building and shipping products used by real customers.
- Strong full-stack ability across React, backend services, and database query debugging.
- Experience participating in customer calls and translating user problems into product solutions.
- AI-native development experience using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.
- Strong ownership, self-direction, resourcefulness, and comfort working in high-intensity or high-growth environments.
- Strong SQL knowledge is a plus, especially experience writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake is a plus.
