Responsibilities
- Ship features end-to-end from problem understanding to production.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and translate their needs into solutions.
- Write high-quality code with tests and clear documentation.
- Review code thoughtfully to maintain high standards.
- Debug production issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Help cultivate the engineering culture as one of the founding engineers.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience building and shipping products.
- Strong proficiency across the tech stack, including React and backend services.
- Enjoy customer interaction and understand user problems.
- Strong SQL knowledge is a plus.
- AI-native and experienced with AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
- Self-driven with an ownership mindset and experience in high-intensity environments.
