Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls for Android and iOS applications and data stored on customer devices.
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across mobile platforms with internal engineering teams.
- Provide technical security consultancy and guidance to engineering and operations teams.
- Monitor emerging mobile threats and security trends affecting Android and iOS.
- Create automated solutions for mobile security testing and vulnerability management.
- Maintain adherence to global security standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Android and iOS security, including native APIs, file permissions, application sandboxing, and hardware security controls.
- Proficiency with Swift, Kotlin, or Java for mobile development.
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of public-cloud IaaS technologies.
- Strong mobile application reverse-engineering capabilities.
- Working knowledge of cryptography for protecting data and network communications.
- Awareness of mobile threats such as malware and remote access.
- Experience developing security integrations through APIs.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving security landscapes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Client-facing security consulting experience is highly desirable.
