Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Gather, analyze, and document technical business requirements for new and existing ERP functionality.
- Develop and refine Infor SyteLine v10.x enhancements, add-ons, customizations, and reports.
- Maintain, support, upgrade, and troubleshoot ERP systems and applications.
- Develop high-quality code using Infor Mongoose, VB.NET, C#, and SQL-based technologies.
- Design, develop, and update business reports using SQL, SSRS, and Infor Reporting.
- Test and document code changes, system modifications, procedures, and conversions.
- Provide technical support, training, and assistance to end-users and peers.
- Resolve complex technical issues and support system conversions with minimal disruption.
- Use Microsoft 365 applications to support business processes and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent experience, is strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting end-users with Infor SyteLine-based solutions is required.
- Experience with SQL, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and MS T-SQL database management, is required.
- Experience with Infor Mongoose, the Microsoft .NET Framework, Visual Studio, and C# is required.
- Experience upgrading previous versions of Infor SyteLine to Infor SyteLine v10.x is required.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and accounting principles is required.
- Ability to test, document, and write code changes with end-users in mind is required.
- Helpdesk and ticketing-system experience is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, and deadline-management skills are required.
- Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT for ERP and SQL development, code review, and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Experience designing databases and SQL-based software solutions, using GitHub, configuring multi-site and multi-currency environments, and working with MRP, APS, and Scheduling is preferred.
- Familiarity with Lake Companies Doc-Trak, Infor Factory Track, and Seagull Scientific Bartender is preferred.
