Base Salary
$155k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Guide the design and development of systems for B2C Marketplace and Distribution products.
- Develop innovative solutions to provide a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with other development teams and business stakeholders.
- Tackle scaling challenges by developing creative algorithms and features.
- Maintain best practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Uphold standards for development and product quality.
- Mentor other engineers through pairing, code reviews, and tech talks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience building and supporting production web applications.
- Experience with modern front-end technologies such as TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
- Experience developing web-based, distributed, and multi-tier architecture using Java/Spring or other major platforms.
- Experience designing, building, and testing web services and APIs.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Preferred knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture, PCI, and SQL.
- A proactive mindset toward embracing and integrating AI tools.
