Responsibilities
- Build fully agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Ship product features to production daily and own entire product areas from concept through deployment.
- Work directly with the CTO and founding engineers to shape product direction and technical decisions.
- Write, iterate, and refactor code while balancing speed with scalability and quality.
- Talk with customers and iterate on the product based on feedback.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with Cursor.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- High agency, resourcefulness, ownership, and a startup-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work intensively in a collaborative founding-team environment.
