Responsibilities
- Deliver Salesforce development and configuration work across solution design, build, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
- Deploy solutions using code repositories and Jenkins with support from senior team members when needed.
- Develop Apex test classes, create and execute test plans and scripts, and validate code coverage.
- Update and document Salesforce data models in line with project requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, apply coding standards, and complete documentation and peer review activities.
- Support proofs of concept, release readiness, implementation planning, and deployment rehearsals.
- Maintain development tasks and Kanban boards and contribute collaboratively as part of the wider project team.
Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development.
- Experience with Service Cloud.
- Hands-on development experience with Lightning Web Components, Aura, or Apex.
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with confidence taking ownership of development tasks.
- Experience with Experience Cloud is beneficial.
