Responsibilities
- Apply AI and advanced analytics to infrastructure operations, including anomaly detection, log analysis, predictive monitoring, and operational telemetry analysis.
- Use AI-assisted and agentic tools to improve operational efficiency, scripting, documentation, and knowledge stabilization with human validation.
- Deploy and operate containerized AI services and model-inference workloads on Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
- Enable and evolve AI/ML infrastructure, including GPU/vGPU acceleration, AI frameworks, data pipelines, and distributed training environments.
- Integrate AI-assisted capabilities with CI/CD platforms to support infrastructure-as-code development.
- Conduct proof-of-concepts, benchmarking, and architecture assessments for emerging AI technologies.
- Perform Linux administration, automation scripting, technical documentation, operational procedure maintenance, and architecture diagram maintenance.
- Participate in standby/on-call rotations and occasional weekend, public-holiday, or late-night interventions for critical operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience applying AI or advanced analytics to infrastructure operations.
- Experience deploying and operating AI workloads on Kubernetes or cloud platforms.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools integrated with CI/CD platforms.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and agentic development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex.
- Advanced Linux administration and automation scripting with Bash and Python.
- Experience with machine-learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn for training, evaluation, or deployment is advantageous.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure platforms, GPU-based environments, and distributed training is advantageous.
- Effective written and verbal English communication, ITIL service management knowledge, analytical and problem-solving ability, and capacity to work autonomously in a multicultural team.
- Willingness to participate in standby/on-call support and occasional out-of-hours interventions.
