Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python.
- Build and optimize LLM-based solutions, including conversational AI, RAG systems, AI agents, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, workflow automation, and integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and cloud services.
- Evaluate, optimize, monitor, and improve AI model accuracy, application performance, reliability, scalability, security, and user experience.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases and improve testability.
- Create automation test plans, strategies, test plans, scripts, cases, and data; record results and manage tickets.
- Triage field-reported issues by reproducing them in local test environments and contribute testing perspectives to user stories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software development experience using Python.
- Strong Python programming skills, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications, REST APIs, machine learning, and natural language processing.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen and vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps, AI model deployment and monitoring, Hugging Face, open-source LLMs, prompt tuning, model evaluation, AI governance, responsible AI, security practices, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
